DELIVERY

The carrier will contact the customer to arrange delivery. The delivery will be made at the foot of the street and in no case will it include the raising of the articles to the floors, placement or assembly. Only one delivery will be made per order, so the delivery time will depend on the item with a longer delivery time. It is the customer's responsibility for the feasibility of delivery. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE AND INCIDENTS

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations with full refund will be accepted up to 48 hours after order confirmation. Once 48 hours have elapsed from the confirmation of the order arqibo. com will retain 50% of the price of canceled items for manufacturing and handling expenses.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

arqibo. com accepts returns within the first 14 days after delivery of the order for items in stock, with the customer paying the shipping costs to the arqibo facilities in Cocentaina (Alicante, Spain).

If the change or return is due to an error or damage attributable to arqibo. com, its manufacturers or transport companies, the transport will be managed at no cost to the client.

In the case of cancellation, change or return of personalized products for reasons beyond arqibo. com or the manufacturer, 50% of the item price will be withheld and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Personalized products are manufactured and/or made to order with the finishes and/or fabrics chosen by the customer. You can check in the product description if it is a personalized product or not.

According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the case of personalized products since they are a product made expressly for the client, and said article establishes that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to personalized products that have been expressly ordered from the factory to deliver to the client.
