Arqibo .com accepts returns within the first 14 days after delivery of the order for items in stock. Changes or returns of personalized products will not be accepted.

Custom products are manufactured and/or made to order with the finishes chosen by the client. In the case of cancellation, exchange or return of personalized products for reasons beyond the control of Arqibo .com or the manufacturer, 50% of the item price will be retained and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the change or return is due to an error or damage attributable to Arqibo .com, its manufacturers or transport companies, the transport will be managed at no cost to the client.

According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the case of personalized products given that it is a product made expressly for the client, and said article establishes that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to personalized products that have been expressly ordered from the factory to deliver to the client.

To proceed with the exchange or return request, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received: In its original packaging, with the original labels and without any damage or signs of use.

To start a claim contact us at info@Arqibo .com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions to follow to make the shipment. Products sent back without making the return request will not be accepted.

Order cancellations with full refund will be accepted up to 72 hours after order confirmation. Once 72 hours have elapsed from the confirmation of the order Arqibo .com will retain 50% of the price of the canceled items.


IMPORTANT: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective or in error. Claims for defects or errors will not be accepted after 48 hours from the delivery of the items.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will issue a refund if applicable. The refund is made in the same means of payment that the purchase was made.
