Arqibo.com accepts returns within the first 14 days after delivery of the product.
If the return is due to an error or damage attributable to arqibo.com or its sellers, the shipment will be managed by arqibo.com. If the reason for the return is external to arqibo.com, the possible shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. In its original packaging, with the original labels and without any damage or signs of use.
To start a claim, contact us through email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions to follow to make the shipment. Products sent back without making the return request will not be accepted.
